How does it work?
We will first have a complimentary consultation prior to booking. We will discuss what kind of photo shoot you are envisioning and the style you have in mind for the photos. I will create a Pinterest board for inspiration and we will narrow down the details for the day of the shoot.
Professional makeup is included with the session. Please arrive on time on the day of the shoot, so we may start the makeup promptly. This takes about an hour. The session lasts around 3-4 hours.
Within 2-3 weeks after the session, we will schedule your ordering appointment. You will be presented with the best of your portraits, fully retouched. We will discuss, and I will guide you through what products would best display your photos in your home.
I have started a collection of studio dresses that I make available for my clients, so I do have some pieces, but I recommend bringing your favorite outfits. We can discuss what to bring in the first consultation.
Do you have a wardrobe I can use?
Absolutely! You may bring anyone you’d like. If you consider bringing kids to the session, I always recommend that they come towards the last 45 minutes of the session, so that we have ample time to pamper you by yourself.
Can I bring my husband, kids or friend?
A gift certificate to enjoy a photo session is the ultimate gift! So generous of you!
Can I gift one of your sessions?
You may pay via check, cash or Venmo.
How do I pay you?
Do you have payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plans are a great option to pay for your portraits. Just select the package you would like to purchase at the ordering session, pay up front a down payment and we’ll divide the remainder balance into 3 to 6 easy monthly installments. As soon as you complete all the payments, you will receive the ordered products.
Can I have the digital images?
Of course! For any portrait you purchase, you will receive both the printed version and its digital counterpart. If you strictly just want the digital files, that is fine, but please note there is no difference in price.
May I reschedule my session?
Yes you may.
May I cancel my session?
We understand things happen. However, once you book, we hold the date and time for you. If your cancellation is within 24 hours of your booking, you will get a full refund on your session fee. If you cancel within 48 hours, there will be a $150 charge. If you cancel after the 48 hour period, the session fee is non-refundable.
